As many of you are aware, Jomar has had a serious issue with our major fabric supplier and after numerous attempts has not been able to correct the problem and complete many of our orders. We felt it was in the best interest of Jomar and its customers to find new ownership that would continue the Jomar legacy and find a solution to the fabric dilemma, thereby making it possible for the continuation of fabric continuity.
Unfortunately, as of this date we have not found a suitable entity that is willing to take on that responsibility.
Jomar in unable to continue operating our business in this manner and will now be forced to wind down our operation.
We will ship all orders that we currently have in our system with a ship date of this week, through May 31. All orders shipping as of June 1st will have to be cancelled. And we are unable to ship rental orders early for June.
We apologize for the great difficulty this will put you in for rush orders you are counting on receiving. Had we known this would become our situation, we would not have taken your order.
We will also cease taking any new purchase, rental, or laundry orders and with the assistance of a small staff, will be receiving the return of rental orders and collecting receivables.
We appreciate the very warm comments from so many of you that have dealt with Jomar for many of the thirty seven years we have been in business.We will miss continuing to service your linen needs and want to THANK YOU for the many friendships that have been developed over that period of time. As a favor to us, we would appreciate if you would be so kind as to send in your payables to us soon as possible, even if you are current.
As a part of this final phase we will be selling all of the Jomar Rental Linen Inventory, as well as raw material, laundry and manufacturing equipment and everything else. This will all be shortly available to JOMAR CUSTOMERS FIRST, since continuity of product and fabric is a primary concern all our JOMAR CUSTOMERS.
